Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-CAIRO-00487 in all correspondence and remittance advices. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Egyptian Commercial Law (Law No. 17 of 1999).
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All Chef services rendered under this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Egyptian Food Safety Authority regulations and the Cairo Governorate's hospitality licensing requirements. Chef Mahmoud Ibrahim holds a valid professional Chef license issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
2. The private dining event on 7 June 2025 was conducted at the Grand Nile Hotel premises in Egypt Cairo. All food-handling procedures followed HACCP standards, and a health-inspection certificate was filed with the local Egypt Cairo municipal authority prior to the event.
3. Ingredient costs listed in Line Item 5 are at cost plus a 10% handling surcharge. Original supplier invoices from importers in Egypt Cairo are available upon request for the client's internal accounting records.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the issue date. Any disputes regarding the scope of Chef services or the accuracy of charges must be submitted in writing within 14 business days of receipt of this document.
5. Chef Al-Nile Culinary Services reserves the right to issue a credit note or a supplementary Invoice should any additional Chef services be requested outside the scope defined in the original service agreement dated 25 May 2025.
