Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Maison du Chef Parisien in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce) and applicable regulations governing professional services in France Paris. All Chef services rendered were performed in full compliance with the French food safety standards (HACCP) and the hygiene regulations of the Ville de Paris.
The Chef services described in this Invoice were executed by Chef Antoine Beaumont, a licensed and insured culinary professional registered with the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat de Paris. All work was carried out within the boundaries of France Paris unless otherwise specified in the service agreement dated 25 May 2025.
Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce). Please reference Invoice number MDCP-2025-04871 on all correspondence and remittances.
