Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Iraqi commercial law.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Mesopotamia Culinary Services Ltd., Bank of Baghdad, Branch: Al-Mansour, Account No: 0045-7721-8890-3341, SWIFT: BKBG IQ BB.
3. All amounts are quoted in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). In the event of significant currency fluctuation, both parties agree to renegotiate rates for the following service period.
4. This invoice covers the services of Chef Omar Al-Jubouri and his designated team. Any additional chef personnel or extended hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately with prior written approval.
5. The client acknowledges that all chef services rendered in Baghdad, Iraq, are subject to the regulations of the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the local municipal food safety authority.
