Notes & Terms
This Invoice covers all professional Chef services rendered by Chef Marco Bellini and his team at Executive Chef Services S.r.l. during the month of June 2025 at the client's premises in Milan, Italy. All services were performed in full compliance with Italian labor regulations, food safety standards (Regulation (EC) No 852/2004), and the professional code of conduct established by the Italian Association of Chefs (Associazione Italiana Cuochi).
All ingredient costs listed in line item 7 are at cost plus a 15% handling fee. The Chef reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equivalent quality and price should seasonal availability in the Milan market require it. Any substitutions will be documented and communicated to the client in writing within 24 hours.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with Italian tax law (DPR 633/1972) and the electronic invoicing requirements of the Agenzia delle Entrate. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) on the date of issue. The client is advised to retain this document for their tax records.
Any disputes regarding the services described in this Invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the due date. The competent court for any legal proceedings arising from this Invoice shall be the Court of Milan, Italy, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025.
Chef Marco Bellini confirms that all services were performed personally or under his direct supervision. No sub-contracting was undertaken without prior written consent from the client. The Chef's professional liability insurance (Policy No. INS-2025-78432, issued by Allianz Italia) remains in full force for the duration of the engagement.
