Invoice Notes & Chef's Remarks
This Invoice covers all professional Chef services rendered by Chef Thura Win Aung and the accompanying culinary team during the specified service period at the Yangon Riverside Grand Hotel, Myanmar Yangon. All menu development, training, and event catering work was completed to the satisfaction of the hotel's Food & Beverage Director.
The Chef wishes to note that the seasonal tasting menu developed during this engagement is the intellectual property of Golden Lotus Culinary Services and may not be reproduced without written consent. The 25 standard recipes documented in Item 5 are licensed for exclusive use by the hotel for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice.
All food safety and hygiene standards were maintained in full compliance with the Myanmar Ministry of Health regulations and the Yangon City Development Committee's food service guidelines applicable in Myanmar Yangon.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Please remit payment via bank transfer to the account detailed below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5 percent per month on the outstanding balance.
