Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of Chef Antoine Dubois as a private residential chef for the month of June 2025 at the client's residence in Doha, Qatar. All services rendered are in full compliance with the Qatar Doha municipal food safety and hygiene regulations as well as the Qatar Food Safety Authority (QFSA) guidelines.
The Chef holds a valid Qatar work permit and a professional culinary license issued by the Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs. All food preparation is strictly halal-certified. The client acknowledges that this Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and must be settled in full by the due date stated above.
Any additional services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate supplementary Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to Al Noor Culinary Services LLC, Bank of Qatar, Account No: 001-4567-8901-2345, SWIFT: BQTRQADQ.
2. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
3. This Invoice is non-refundable once the Chef service has commenced. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges for the affected service day.
4. The Chef is not liable for any food allergies or adverse reactions unless the client has provided a written dietary restriction list at the time of booking.
5. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Doha courts.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Al Noor Culinary Services LLC and the client for the Chef services described herein in Qatar Doha.
