Invoice Notes & Chef Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Culinary Services, a registered culinary firm operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, for professional Chef services rendered to Al-Rashid Hospitality Group during the month of June 2025. All Chef engagements were conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) labor regulations and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) guidelines applicable to the Jeddah metropolitan area.
Chef Omar Al-Harbi holds a valid Saudi professional culinary license and a Halal food handling certification issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). All ingredients sourced and prepared under this Invoice were verified as Halal-compliant and traceable to approved suppliers within Saudi Arabia Jeddah and the Kingdom.
The client acknowledges that the Chef services described herein include on-site presence, menu authorship, hands-on preparation, and post-service debriefing. Any additional requests beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and supplementary Invoice.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Culinary Services, Saudi National Bank, Branch: Al Balad, Jeddah, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-JED-00472 in all correspondence and remittance advices.
In the event of late payment, a penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) shall be applied to the outstanding balance in accordance with Saudi commercial law. The client is responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred in Saudi Arabia Jeddah or internationally.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Chef services and associated charges may be subject to re-evaluation. Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) business days of receipt. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Jeddah, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Al-Nakheel Culinary Services reserves the right to suspend further Chef services until all outstanding Invoice balances are settled in full. This document constitutes a legally binding financial record and may be presented to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) for VAT reconciliation purposes.
