Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice covers all Chef services rendered by Al-Riyadh Culinary Services LLC at the client's premises in Saudi Arabia Riyadh during the period of 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- All Chef staff members hold valid Saudi Arabian work permits, Iqama, and food handler health certificates issued by the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- All food items prepared by the Chef are 100% halal and comply with the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the General Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Control Department.
- The Chef and all supporting staff are covered under the company's comprehensive liability insurance policy (Policy No. INS-2025-77821) valid in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and all regions of the Kingdom.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately with a minimum 48-hour prior written approval from the client.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia.
