Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Main Branch, Account Name: Culinary Excellence Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., A/C No: 1010-0045-2287-19, SWIFT: CBLKLKLX.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is non-negotiable and non-transferable. All Chef services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025 between the parties.
The Chef's professional services described in this Invoice are exclusive to the client's property in Sri Lanka Colombo and shall not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
Additional Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all Chef services rendered by Chef Rajitha Fernando and his designated team during the service period of June 2025 at the Grand Ocean Resort & Spa, Colombo 14, Sri Lanka Colombo. All rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of the Chef's professional expertise, recipe intellectual property, and on-site supervision.
- The Chef's daily working hours are 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Overtime beyond these hours is billed separately at 1.5x the hourly rate.
- All food ingredients, equipment, and kitchen consumables used during the Chef's service period are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in the line items above.
- The Chef's menu innovation deliverables (12 new dishes) become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Colombo District Court, Sri Lanka.
