Invoice Terms & Conditions – Chef Services in Turkey Ankara
This Invoice is issued by Ankara Culinary Arts & Chef Services Ltd. in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and applicable tax regulations of the Republic of Turkey. All Chef services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the following terms:
- Payment Terms: The total amount stated in this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law.
- Scope of Chef Services: All culinary services, menu designs, training sessions, and event catering described in this Invoice are the exclusive responsibility of the assigned Chef and their team. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing prior to execution.
- Compliance: All Chef operations conducted in Turkey Ankara shall comply with the Turkish Food Safety and Hygiene regulations, the Ministry of Tourism and Culture guidelines, and all applicable municipal health codes of the Çankaya district.
- Intellectual Property: All menu designs, recipes, and culinary concepts developed by the Chef under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Ankara Culinary Arts & Chef Services Ltd. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purposes specified herein.
- Liability: The Chef and the service provider shall not be held liable for any damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Turkey Ankara.
- Governing Law: This Invoice and all associated Chef service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
