Payment Terms & Instructions

Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Chef service agreement (Contract Ref: CGH-CHEF-2025-012) and in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code Article 30.
Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Chef services rendered by Chef Marco Delgado and his direct team during the service period of June 2025 at the Bosphorus Grand Hotel & Resort, located in the Sarıyer district of Turkey Istanbul.
2. All prices listed on this Invoice are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20% as mandated by the Republic of Turkey's tax legislation. The additional 10% service tax applies specifically to hospitality and tourism sector operations within Istanbul municipality boundaries.
3. The Chef's professional services, including menu creation, kitchen management, staff training, and event catering, are governed by the master service agreement signed on 1 January 2025. Any additional services requested outside the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately with a new Invoice number.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable tax rate changes or currency adjustments as determined by the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı).
5. The Chef's work permits, health certificates, and professional liability insurance are current and valid for the duration of this service period. Copies are available upon request from the billing department.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the charges listed on this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in Turkey Istanbul before pursuing legal action in the Istanbul Commercial Courts.
