Invoice Notes & Chef Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Emirates Culinary Excellence LLC for the professional Chef services rendered to Al Maktoum Hospitality Group. The Lead Chef, Chef Antoine Dubois, is a certified culinary professional with over fifteen years of experience in fine dining across Europe and the Middle East. All Chef services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the highest standards of food safety and hygiene as mandated by the Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
The client acknowledges that the Chef's menu was finalized after the tasting session on 12 June 2025, and no further modifications will be accepted after the date stated in this Invoice. All premium ingredients listed under Item 3 were sourced from licensed suppliers operating within the United Arab Emirates and comply with all import and food safety regulations of Dubai.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per the terms of the master service agreement. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittances.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the commercial regulations applicable in Dubai. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
2. The Chef services outlined in this Invoice are non-transferable and non-refundable once the event date has been confirmed. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Emirates Culinary Excellence LLC and the Lead Chef shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or dietary incidents if the client fails to disclose relevant medical information prior to the Chef's menu design phase.
4. All intellectual property related to the Chef's proprietary recipes, plating techniques, and menu designs remains the exclusive property of Emirates Culinary Excellence LLC. No reproduction or disclosure is permitted without written consent.
5. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates. The VAT registration number (TRN) is printed in the header of this Invoice for verification purposes.
6. By accepting this Invoice, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein and in the original service agreement dated 01 May 2025.
