Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 April 2025 between Tashkent Culinary Arts LLC and Silk Road Hospitality Group, both registered in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
2. Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Uzbekistan commercial law.
3. All Chef services described in this Invoice were performed at the client's premises in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Travel and accommodation expenses for the Chef are included in the rates above.
4. VAT is applied at the standard rate of 12% as mandated by the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Chef's services are subject to personal income tax withholding at the source.
5. This Invoice must be presented to the accounting department of Silk Road Hospitality Group for processing. A copy shall be retained by the Chef for tax reporting purposes in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
6. Disputes regarding this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. The Chef warrants that all culinary services were performed with due professional care, in compliance with all food safety regulations of Uzbekistan, and in full adherence to the agreed scope of work.
