- All Chemical Engineer services described in this Invoice have been completed and approved by the client's project manager as of the date of issue.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Invoice is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically governing professional engineering services in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All technical data, process designs, and engineering calculations remain the intellectual property of PT. Nusantara Chemical Engineering Solutions until full payment is received.
- PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) is calculated at the current Indonesian rate of 11% as mandated by the Ministry of Finance.
- PPh 23 (Withholding Tax) of 2% has been deducted as required by Indonesian tax regulations for professional services.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if necessary, through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
- This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, a new Invoice may be issued.
