- Regulatory Compliance: All engineering solutions provided are designed to comply with the current laws and regulations of Thailand, including the Factory Act B.E. 2535 and environmental standards set by the Pollution Control Department.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments may incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all design documents, process flow diagrams, and technical reports become the property of the client. However, proprietary methodologies used by Advanced Process Solutions Ltd. remain our intellectual property.
- Site Safety: Our Chemical Engineers adhere to strict safety protocols while working at client sites in Bangkok and surrounding industrial zones. The client is responsible for providing necessary site access and safety equipment as per local regulations.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or strikes affecting operations in Thailand.
