2. Late Fees: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining after the due date of November 23, 2023.
3. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the specific chemical engineering services outlined above. Any additional work requested by the client must be approved via a Change Order prior to execution.
4. Regulatory Compliance: All services provided by our Chemical Engineers adhere to the highest standards of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and comply with local New York City and United States federal regulations.
5. Disputes: Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
