Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice has been issued by Química Bogotá Chemist, a registered pharmacy and pharmaceutical distribution company operating in Bogotá, Colombia, in full compliance with the regulations established by INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos) and the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales).
2. All pharmaceutical products listed in this Invoice are subject to the applicable Colombian health regulations. Prescription medications (items 1 and 3) require valid medical prescriptions issued by licensed physicians registered in Colombia. The Chemist reserves the right to verify prescription validity prior to dispensing.
3. Cold chain products (Insulin Glargine) must be stored between 2°C and 8°C at all times. The Chemist guarantees temperature-controlled storage and transport within the Bogotá D.C. metropolitan area. Any deviation from the required temperature range must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will be subject to the statutory interest rate established by the Colombian Central Bank (Banco de la República) for the applicable period.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the issue date. After this period, the Chemist reserves the right to adjust pricing based on current market conditions and supplier cost changes in Colombia.
6. Returns of pharmaceutical products are only accepted if the product is unopened, within its expiration date, and accompanied by the original Invoice. Per Colombian consumer protection law (Ley 1480 de 2011), the Chemist will process returns within ten (10) business days.
7. This document serves as the official Invoice for tax purposes in Colombia. It must be retained by the buyer for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Colombian tax law (Estatuto Tributario, Article 614).
