Invoice Notes & Chemist Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Pharmacie du Chemist Kinshasa, a licensed Chemist and pharmaceutical distribution entity operating in Kinshasa, DR Congo, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
2. All Chemist products listed on this Invoice have been verified for authenticity, expiry dates, and storage compliance in accordance with the national pharmaceutical regulations of DR Congo. The Chemist guarantees that all medications are sourced from approved international and local manufacturers.
3. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the commercial code of DR Congo.
4. The Chemist reserves the right to substitute any product listed on this Invoice with an equivalent therapeutic alternative should stock availability in Kinshasa be affected by supply chain disruptions. Any such substitution will be communicated in writing prior to delivery.
5. Cold-chain products (including but not limited to insulin and temperature-sensitive vaccines) are delivered under the Chemist's monitored cold-chain protocol. The receiving party at the delivery location in Kinshasa, DR Congo, must inspect and sign the delivery manifest upon receipt.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the commercial law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
7. The Chemist maintains full liability for product quality up to the point of handover at the designated delivery address in Kinshasa. Post-delivery storage and handling are the sole responsibility of the receiving institution.
