Invoice Notes & Chemist Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Pharmacie du Plateau Chemist, a licensed pharmaceutical establishment registered in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, under the supervision of the Agence Nationale de Sécurité des Médicaments (ANSM) and the Ordre des Pharmaciens de Côte d'Ivoire.
2. All chemist products listed in this Invoice have been sourced from approved manufacturers and distributors compliant with Ivory Coast pharmaceutical regulations. Batch numbers and expiry dates are documented in the accompanying delivery manifest.
3. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ivory Coast commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 1245).
4. The Chemist home delivery service covers all districts within Abidjan, including Plateau, Cocody, Yopougon, Abobo, and Treichville. Cold chain integrity for insulin and temperature-sensitive products is guaranteed throughout transit.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Chemist reserves the right to re-quote pricing based on current market conditions in Ivory Coast.
6. All pharmaceutical products dispensed by this Chemist are subject to the prescription requirements of the Ivorian Ministry of Health. No controlled substances are included in this Invoice.
7. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through the commercial court of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with applicable national law.
8. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Pharmacie du Plateau Chemist and the billed client. A copy of this Invoice must be retained by both parties for a minimum of ten (10) years per Ivory Coast tax and accounting regulations.
