Important Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice has been issued by a licensed Chemist operating under the Pharmacy Act 1952 (Act 134) and the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, in full compliance with the regulations set by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM) and the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA).
2. All pharmaceutical products listed in this Invoice have been sourced from authorised distributors registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Health. Each product carries a valid batch number and expiry date as per Malaysian pharmaceutical import and distribution standards.
