- This Invoice is issued by Lagos Chemist & Pharmacy, a duly registered and NAFDAC-licensed Chemist operating in Nigeria Lagos. All pharmaceutical products listed on this Invoice have been sourced from verified, NAFDAC-approved distributors and meet the quality standards mandated by the Nigeria Pharmaceutical Council.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Nigeria Lagos commercial trading regulations.
