This invoice is issued by Al Doha Chemist & Pharmacy, a licensed and regulated chemist operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Health in the State of Qatar. All pharmaceutical products listed herein have been sourced from authorized distributors and comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Qatar Medicines and Medical Devices Regulatory Authority (QMDRA).
- All medications dispensed and invoiced by this chemist in Doha, Qatar are subject to the Qatar Pharmaceutical Law and its amendments. Controlled substances are handled in strict accordance with QMDRA protocols.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per commercial regulations in the State of Qatar.
- Cold chain items (Item 006) must be stored at 2°C to 8°C upon receipt. Any temperature excursion must be reported to our chemist team within 24 hours for quality assurance review.
- This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the pricing and availability of items may be subject to revision based on supplier contracts and QMDRA regulatory updates.
- For any discrepancies in quantity, product integrity, or billing, please contact our billing department at Al Doha Chemist & Pharmacy within five (5) business days of receipt. Our chemist staff will conduct a full reconciliation.
- All transactions are processed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% currency conversion surcharge applied by the receiving bank in Doha.
