Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Bangkok Central Chemist & Pharmacy Co., Ltd., a licensed chemist and pharmaceutical distributor operating under the regulations of the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) and the Ministry of Public Health, Thailand. All pharmaceutical products listed on this Invoice have been sourced from verified manufacturers and comply with the Drug Act B.E. 2510 (1967) and subsequent amendments applicable in Thailand Bangkok and all provinces.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Thai commercial law.
- All chemist-supplied medications are subject to a 90-day return policy provided the products remain unopened, within their expiry date, and in original packaging. Returns must be authorized in writing by the Bangkok Central Chemist quality assurance team.
- Cold chain products (Ref 04) must be stored between 2°C and 8°C. The chemist assumes no liability for product degradation resulting from improper storage by the recipient after delivery in Thailand Bangkok.
- This Invoice does not constitute a prescription. All prescription medications (Ref 01, 02, 03) were dispensed in accordance with a valid prescription issued by a licensed physician registered with the Thai Medical Council.
