Each batch has been verified for authenticity, expiry date, and storage compliance prior to dispatch from our Kampala chemist warehouse.
Cold-chain sensitive items (if applicable) were transported in validated refrigerated units maintained at 2°C–8°C throughout delivery within Kampala city limits. A temperature log accompanies the physical delivery.

Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, as stated in the invoice header. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Uganda commercial law.
- All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Value Added Tax at the standard rate of 18%.
- Goods once delivered to the client's premises in Kampala, Uganda, are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified within the product's shelf life. Returns must be pre-approved in writing by the Pharmacist in Charge at Kampala Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd.
- This invoice constitutes a legal financial document. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Kampala, Uganda shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The chemist reserves the right to withhold future supply if payment terms are breached on two or more occasions within a twelve-month period.
- All pharmaceutical products remain the property of Kampala Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. until full payment has been received and cleared in our Stanbic Bank Uganda account.
