Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Chemist & Pharmacy, a licensed pharmaceutical retail and wholesale Chemist operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai under the supervision of the Dubai Health Care Authority (DHA). Payment of the full amount of AED 46,134.38 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Emirates NBD Bank, Account Name: Al Noor Chemist & Pharmacy LLC, Account No: 002-4587-1234-001, IBAN: AE0702400000000045871234001. Please reference Invoice No. ANP-2025-04872 on all remittances.
Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the commercial regulations of the United Arab Emirates Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. All pharmaceutical products supplied by this Chemist are subject to the return policy only in cases of manufacturing defects, provided the items remain in original sealed packaging and within the expiry period.
Important Notes
1. All pharmaceutical products listed on this Invoice have been sourced from approved manufacturers and distributors registered with the Dubai Municipality and the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention.
2. The Chemist warrants that all medications and medical supplies delivered under this Invoice comply with the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards mandated in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
3. Refrigerated items (Insulin Glargine) were transported in a validated cold chain at 2°C to 8°C. Temperature logs are available upon request from the Chemist's quality assurance department.
4. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under the Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax in the United Arab Emirates. The 5% VAT rate has been applied as per current UAE tax regulations.
