- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date via BACS transfer to the account details provided. Cheques drawn on UK banks are also acceptable and should be made payable to "Thames Valley Chemist Ltd."
- Any disputes regarding the accuracy of this invoice, the quality of supplied medicines, or the scope of professional services rendered must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. The chemist reserves the right to withhold further supply until outstanding balances are settled.
- All professional services, including compounding, consultation, training, and logistics, are performed by GPhC-registered pharmacists and qualified pharmacy technicians operating under the supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist at our London premises.
- This invoice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
- Thames Valley Chemist Ltd. holds a valid Pharmacy Premises Licence issued by the GPhC and a Wholesale Distribution Licence issued by the MHRA. Copies of these licences are available upon request.
