Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Manchester Chemist Ltd, a registered pharmacy and pharmaceutical supplier operating in Manchester, United Kingdom. All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. All pharmaceutical products are supplied subject to the terms of the NHS National Formulary and applicable MHRA licensing conditions. Manchester Chemist Ltd reserves the right to substitute equivalent products where the specified item is temporarily unavailable, provided prior written notice is given to the purchaser.
4. Cold chain products must be stored at the temperatures specified on the packaging. Manchester Chemist Ltd shall not be liable for product degradation resulting from improper storage by the recipient after delivery.
5. Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or the relevant NHS procurement ombudsman.
6. Manchester Chemist Ltd holds full professional indemnity insurance and public liability cover in accordance with UK regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations in Manchester and the wider United Kingdom.
7. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document. No part of this Invoice may be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of Manchester Chemist Ltd.
