Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice represents the final and complete accounting for all Chemist services rendered during the period of May 1 through May 31, 2025, in the San Francisco, United States jurisdiction.
- All laboratory analyses and chemical testing were conducted in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards as mandated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR Parts 58) and California Health and Safety Code.
- The Chemist services described herein are subject to the professional liability and malpractice insurance coverage maintained by the service provider, with a policy limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence.
- Overdue payments on this Invoice shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) in compliance with California Civil Code Section 3289. Late payment beyond sixty (60) days may result in referral to a San Francisco-based collections agency.
- All chemical samples, reagents, and analytical data associated with this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise specified in the executed Service Agreement dated March 15, 2025.
