2. All civil engineering services have been performed in compliance with Chilean technical regulations, including but not limited to NCh standards, municipal ordinances of Santiago, and requirements of the Dirección de Obras Municipales (DOM).
3. This invoice is issued in accordance with Chilean tax legislation. The VAT (IVA) rate of 19% applies as per current Chilean tax law.
