1. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
2. All civil engineering services are performed in accordance with Ethiopian Building Code Standards (EBCS) and relevant regulations of the Addis Ababa City Administration.
3. This invoice is subject to Ethiopian tax laws, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% and applicable withholding tax as per the Federal Incomes Tax Proclamation.
4. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond will be considered acceptance of the charges.
5. All engineering designs, drawings, and reports remain the intellectual property of Abay Civil Engineering PLC until full payment is received.
6. This invoice is valid for the project located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and all services are rendered within the jurisdiction of Ethiopian law.
