1. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial regulations.
2. All civil engineering services are performed in accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
3. This invoice is issued in compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia.
4. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised within 15 days of receipt. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
