Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance as per Bangladesh Financial Regulations.
2. All services are provided by certified Computer Engineers with valid credentials from Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) and international certification bodies.
3. Warranty period for all hardware installations is 12 months from the date of completion, excluding damage caused by negligence, power surges, or force majeure events.
4. This invoice is subject to the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
5. VAT is charged as per the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 of Bangladesh. Tax invoices are available upon request for corporate tax filing purposes.
6. All intellectual property rights related to custom configurations, network designs, and documentation remain with Dhaka Tech Solutions Ltd. unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
7. Client is responsible for providing necessary site access, power supply, and infrastructure requirements as outlined in the project proposal dated September 1, 2024.
8. This invoice must be accompanied by a valid purchase order (PO) number for processing. Please quote PO# GF-2024-IT-089 in all communications.
