- VAT is charged at the prevailing rate of 16% as per Kenya Revenue Authority regulations.
- Withholding tax of 5% applies to professional services as per Kenyan tax law. Client to provide WHT certificate.
- This Invoice is valid for services rendered in Nairobi, Kenya, between September 15, 2024, and October 10, 2024.
- Any disputes must be raised within 14 days of receiving this Invoice. Otherwise, it will be considered accepted.
- Warranty on installation work is valid for 12 months from completion date, subject to normal usage conditions.
- All intellectual property related to custom configurations remains with the client upon full payment.
