Terms and Conditions
- Scope of Work: This invoice covers the computer engineering services explicitly detailed above. Any additional work requested by the client in Kuwait City must be authorized via a separate change order.
- Warranty: All hardware installations and software configurations are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, provided normal operating conditions are maintained.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all custom code, firmware, and engineering designs created for this project become the sole property of the client.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with commercial practices in Kuwait.
- Liability: The Computer Engineer and Advanced Systems Engineering LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be settled amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait City.
