1. All services described in this Invoice have been performed by qualified Computer Engineers in accordance with industry standards and specifications agreed upon with Myanmar Digital Enterprises Co., Ltd.
2. This Invoice is issued in compliance with Myanmar tax regulations and business practices applicable in Yangon.
3. All work completed is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. Any defects or issues arising from the Computer Engineering services provided will be addressed at no additional cost during this warranty period.
4. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices not paid within the specified period may result in suspension of ongoing or future services.
5. All intellectual property rights related to custom configurations, documentation, and system designs created specifically for Myanmar Digital Enterprises remain the property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
6. Yangon Tech Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to charge additional fees for services not explicitly outlined in this Invoice or for work requested beyond the original scope of agreement.
7. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, with jurisdiction in Yangon courts.
8. This Invoice serves as an official record of Computer Engineering services rendered and may be used for accounting, tax, and auditing purposes by both parties.
