Terms and Conditions:
1. Scope of Work: This Invoice covers the specific Computer Engineering services rendered as outlined in the Service Agreement dated October 1, 2023. Any additional services requested outside this scope will be billed separately.
2. Warranty: All engineering configurations and installations are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover hardware failures or issues arising from unauthorized modifications by third parties.
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all custom designs, network diagrams, and configuration scripts created by the Computer Engineer for this project shall become the property of the Client.
4. Confidentiality: Manila Tech Solutions Inc. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary data and network information accessed during the execution of services in Manila.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services provided shall be settled amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
6. Validity: This Invoice is valid for payment for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the invoice may be re-issued with updated terms.
