Terms and Conditions & Technical Notes
This Invoice represents the final calculation for the Computer Engineering services rendered by Neural Systems Engineering to Baltic Tech Innovations LLC. The services were performed in accordance with the contract signed on September 15, 2023, within the jurisdiction of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Please reference Invoice #INV-SPB-2023-089 in all bank transfers. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 0.1% per day as per Russian Civil Code regulations.
Scope of Work: The Computer Engineer assigned to this project has completed all phases of the embedded system lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis to final validation. All intellectual property regarding the custom firmware and PCB designs transfers to the client upon full payment of this invoice.
Warranty: Neural Systems Engineering provides a 12-month warranty on the engineering design and firmware code against defects. This warranty covers errors in logic and design that prevent the system from functioning as specified in the technical requirements document. It does not cover hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects of third-party components or misuse by the end-user.
Compliance: All engineering work complies with relevant Russian technical regulations and safety standards applicable to industrial automation equipment in Saint Petersburg.
