3. Warranty: All hardware installed is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Labor for installation is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of completion.
4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all custom firmware code and architectural designs created specifically for this project become the property of the client.
5. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
