Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 2% per month.
2. Currency: All amounts are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). In accordance with current regulations in Venezuela, payment can be made via bank transfer to a designated USD account or in Venezuelan Bolívares (VES) at the official exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) on the day of payment.
3. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the specific computer engineering services detailed above. Any additional work requested by the client outside this scope will be billed separately based on the agreed hourly rate.
4. Warranty: All engineering configurations and installations are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers labor and configuration errors but does not cover hardware defects, which are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
5. Confidentiality: Caracas Tech Solutions C.A. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all data and systems accessed during the provision of services in Caracas.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services provided shall be resolved through arbitration in Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with local laws.
