1. Payment Due Date: The full amount stated on this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment must be received no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
2. Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Curriculum Developer's designated account at Kabul Bank, Afghanistan Kabul. All transactions related to this Invoice must reference Invoice Number INV-KBL-CD-2025-00472 in the transfer memo.
3. Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Afghan Afghani (AFN). In the event of significant currency fluctuation, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice with adjusted rates, subject to mutual written agreement.
4. Scope of Services: This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services as itemized above. Any additional work, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or extended fieldwork in Afghanistan Kabul beyond the contracted period will be billed separately via a supplementary Invoice.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all curriculum materials, frameworks, training modules, and documentation developed by the Curriculum Developer shall become the property of the Ministry of Education, Afghanistan. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Curriculum Developer services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Afghanistan Kabul. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate commercial court in Kabul, Afghanistan.
7. Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation by the client, the Curriculum Developer is entitled to compensation for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, as reflected in a final partial Invoice.
