Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Algeria Curriculum Development Studio, a registered Curriculum Developer operating in Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with the Algerian Commercial Code and applicable tax regulations.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in Algerian commercial law.
All deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the Curriculum Developer upon full payment. The client receives a non-exclusive license for educational use within the Algerian public education system.
For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Curriculum Developer services rendered in Algiers, Algeria, between the dates of 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025.
2. All services were performed in compliance with the Algerian Ministry of National Education's curriculum development guidelines and the national framework for educational quality assurance.
3. The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to suspend ongoing support services (Item 05) in the event of non-payment beyond the due date specified on this Invoice.
4. Any amendments to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties prior to execution. No verbal modifications to this Invoice or its associated contract are valid.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Curriculum Developer may reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable Algerian tax rates have changed.
6. The parties agree that all communications regarding this Invoice shall be conducted in writing via email or registered mail to the addresses listed above in Algiers, Algeria.
