- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with applicable Argentine law.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to adjustment based on the current exchange rate and inflation index published by the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA).
