3. All intellectual property rights to the curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, assessment instruments, and professional development materials developed under this Invoice are transferred to the Victorian State Department of Education upon full and final payment of the amounts stated herein.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment has not been received by the due date, please contact the Curriculum Developer directly at the address listed above to discuss any outstanding matters.
