This Invoice covers the complete engagement of the Curriculum Developer for the Year 7–10 Mathematics Curriculum Redesign Project. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the NSW Department of Education on 10 June 2025. The Curriculum Developer confirms that all intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessment instruments, and the Curriculum Developer's Guide are transferred to the NSW Department of Education upon full payment of this Invoice, in accordance with Section 7 of the service agreement.

The Curriculum Developer further confirms that all work was conducted in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles, the NSW Education and Training Standards, and the relevant professional standards set by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL). All data collected during the stakeholder consultation phase in Australia Sydney has been securely stored and will be destroyed within 12 months of project completion.
