This Invoice is issued by EduBrasília Curriculum Solutions, a registered Curriculum Developer firm operating in Brasília, the Federal Capital of Brazil. All services described herein are performed in compliance with the Brazilian Federal Education Law (Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional – LDB, Lei nº 9.394/1996) and the current BNCC guidelines established by the Ministério da Educação.
- All Curriculum Developer deliverables are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to make up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Further revisions will be billed at R$ 850.00 per hour.
- Workshops and in-person sessions are scheduled within the administrative boundaries of Brasília – DF. Travel to other municipalities within the Federal District is included; travel outside Brasília will be billed separately.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in the Brasília educational services sector.
- All data processing and storage comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018).
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brasília – DF, Brazil.
