Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (July 15, 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account below. Late payments are subject to a 1% monthly interest charge plus a 2% fine, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412).

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice represents the final billing for the Curriculum Developer engagement outlined in Contract CTR-2025-EDU-031, executed between EduPath Solutions Ltda. and Instituto de Ensino Superior do Rio, both operating in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
2. All Curriculum Developer deliverables, including syllabi, assessment frameworks, training materials, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. The Curriculum Developer services were performed in compliance with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and the regulations of the Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Rio de Janeiro.
4. Any additional Curriculum Developer work beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate of R$ 1,850.00.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting applicable tax adjustments for Brazil Rio de Janeiro will be issued.
