Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the contract agreement (Ref: BMEC-CD-2025-019) between the Curriculum Developer and the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, dated 20 March 2025.
- All curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessment instruments, and intellectual property developed by the Curriculum Developer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Curriculum Developer warrants that all instructional content complies with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Compulsory Education Law, and the relevant curriculum standards issued by the Ministry of Education.
- All on-site services in China Beijing shall be conducted in Mandarin Chinese with English as a secondary instructional language, in compliance with the bilingual education guidelines for the Beijing pilot programme.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to re-quote the services at prevailing market rates.
- The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 CNY throughout the duration of the engagement in China Beijing.
