Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- Bank: China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Tianhe Branch. Account Name: Dr. Liang Wei Chen. Account No: 6225 8801 2025 0047 881. SWIFT: CMBCCNBS.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the service contract and applicable Chinese commercial law.
- All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). No foreign currency conversion applies.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Unresolved disputes shall be arbitrated under the rules of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the full scope of Curriculum Developer services rendered by Dr. Liang Wei Chen to Guangzhou International Education Group Co., Ltd. during the period of January 2025 through May 2025. All curriculum materials, intellectual property, and deliverables produced under this engagement are the exclusive property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice, as outlined in Section 14 of the master service agreement (GZIEG-CD-2024-112).
The Curriculum Developer confirms that all content has been reviewed for compliance with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China guidelines, the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau regulations, and applicable national standards for educational materials. All digital assets have been submitted to the client's internal content review board in Guangzhou and have received final approval as of May 28, 2025.
Please retain this Invoice for your accounting records. A duplicate copy may be requested from the Curriculum Developer's office in Guangzhou by contacting the email address listed above. This document serves as the official financial record for the services described herein.
