Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Curriculum Development Services Agreement (Contract No. SEBC-2025-0112) executed between Shanghai EduBridge Consulting Ltd. and Shanghai International Education Group on December 20, 2024, in China Shanghai.
- All curriculum materials, intellectual property, and deliverables produced by the Curriculum Developer during the service period remain the exclusive property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice, as per Section 14 of the governing agreement.
- The Curriculum Developer warrants that all deliverables comply with the latest curriculum standards published by the China Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After expiry, a revised Invoice reflecting current tax rates applicable in China Shanghai will be required.
