Important Notes
1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Curriculum Developer Carlos Andrés Mejía Torres during the service period specified above. All deliverables were completed and accepted by the client's academic committee on June 12, 2025.
2. The curriculum development services were performed in compliance with Resolution 0180 of 2023 issued by the Colombian Ministry of Education (Ministerio de Educación Nacional) governing academic program design and accreditation standards.
3. All intellectual property rights associated with the curriculum materials, frameworks, and digital platform prototype developed under this engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
4. The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to use anonymized case study references from this project in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to prior written consent from the client institution.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current tax rates and exchange conditions applicable in Colombia Bogotá will be issued.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation before the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, in accordance with Colombian civil and commercial law.
